Food close to the land
Our regenerative farm based on permaculture principles gives us the opportunity to cook plant-based with plenty of ingredients we grow ourselves. If we can’t grow it ourselves, we try - where possible - to cook with km zero ingredients. All is home made and our recipes are farm and tradition inspired.

Whether it is our plant-based approach or the fact we adopted five rescues at Hektor: our love for animals is big. And you get to enjoy it during your stay.

About the farm
La Finca (the farmhouse) is surrounded by terraced lands on which we are growing your vegetables and fruits. We get help from our farm rescue animals (a donkey, three sheep, two pigs, a duck, lots of cats and one dog) who help to keep our land fertile and give hugs after a busy, sunny or lazy day.
Each of our suites has its own characteristics and is full of art. Explore the unique features of each suite here.
Our outdoor areas are diverse, with a garden with dipping pool close to the house and farmlands and some magnificent ocean views if you hike up the our mountain hill for a couple of minutes.
