They are finally here: our first two cookzines! Each one of them contains all recipes for. a plant-based brunch you can make yourself.

In the second edition of our cookzine we will celebrate the abundance of tomatoes that grow on our land. Illustration by Broos Stoffels.

Here are the dishes:

• Tomato Tarte Tatin (including a puff pastry recipe)

• Surf & turf (with a base of tomato chutney)

• Focaccia (oh yeah, another classic)

• Lentil balls in tomato sauce

• Platano chips with spicy salsa

• Sausage rolls with homemade ketchup (make your own seitan)

The first 50 prints of every edition will be numbered and signed.
